Bill Davis, host of Community Connections with KGMI radio interviews VibrantUSA agent Marsha Neal. In this January edition, Marsha and Bill discuss a number of topics including the misleading Medicare Advantage commercials and advertisements, things to be aware of now that we are into a new plan year, and the individual enrollment period is still open but ending soon. The other important topic they discuss is in regards to plan changes outside of the Annual Enrollment Period. Marsha outlines a few situations that allow people to make a plan change this time of year and reminds people to check with an agent to see if their situation would allow for a change.
