My Medicare insurance plan is no longer accepted by my doctor(s). How do I find new coverage?

 

If your Medicare insurance plan is no longer accepted by your doctor(s) and/or their offices, there are a few easy steps for you to follow and some information you will need to know:

Important Information

The Open Enrollment Period is from October 15 through December 7, 2012 for a January 1 effective date. You must make your decision and turn in your new application by December 7.

Things to Do
  1. Request a packet of available insurance plans.
  2. Prepare a list of your prescription drugs (see Prescription Drug & Physician Questionnaire).
  3. Call or email us for a consultation and we will guide your through the paperwork. Or, if you prefer, you can make an appointment to meet in one of our offices.
Change may be frustrating but it doesn’t have to be cumbersome!
