My provider no longer accepts my Medicare insurance plan. How do I find new coverage?

 

If your Medicare insurance plan is no longer accepted by your provider, here are a few easy steps for you to follow and some information you will need to know:

Important Information

The Open Enrollment Period is from October 15 through December 7 for a January 1 effective date. You must make your decision and turn in your new application by December 7.

Things to Do
  1. Request a packet of available insurance plans.
  2. Prepare a list of your prescription drugs (see Prescription Drug & Physician Questionnaire).
  3. Call or email us for a consultation and we will guide your through your options. Or, if you prefer, you can make an appointment to meet in one of our offices.
