As you face the disruption and unknowns of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that we have been working diligently behind the scenes for the past several weeks to ensure we are in a position to continue providing you with the support and service you are accustomed to receiving from VibrantUSA.
Our primary focus is on the health, safety, and wellbeing of our clients, colleagues, agents, and communities. The business decisions we have made and continue to make are guided by this focus and a spirit of service to our stakeholders as we work together through these unprecedented times.
Effective Tuesday, March 17th, all of our colleagues will begin working virtually from their home offices. This decision is based on the current social distancing guidance from the CDC and a high level of confidence that this is the best way we can safeguard our colleagues and stakeholders while continuing to execute on our client commitments. While this situation is new to all of us, our business continuity plans and remote work capabilities are tried and tested, putting us in a position of strength and resilience to continue supporting you.
We will remain virtual until it is safe to resume in-office operations. Our offices will be sanitized and available for colleagues to go in for limited situations such as mail collection and enrollment processing.
What you can expect
With the measures we have put in place, we do not anticipate interruptions in our ability to deliver on our clients’ service needs.

- Our contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, remain the same.
- In place of in-person meetings, we will be using teleconferencing and video conferencing technology.
- As the situation evolves, we will continue to provide updates.
