I need information on other plans accepted at The Everett Clinic. Can you help me compare plans?
At VibrantUSA we work closely with The Everett Clinic. We know what plans they accept and we are contracted with all of the plans. We can absolutely help you compare plans and we will do so with your best interests in mind – we are totally unbiased.
The Open Enrollment Period is from October 15 through December 7 for a January 1 effective date. You must make your decision and turn in your new application by December 7.
Things to Do
- Give us a call and talk to one of our Medicare Insurance Specialists. Tell them a little about what you are expecting from your insurance. Sometimes this first conversation can narrow down the plans you will need to review.
- You can skip Step 1 and request a packet of all available plans. This packet will include a Prescription Drug form for you to list your prescription drugs. If you would like our assistance in choosing a plan – return the drug form to us as soon as possible. We will run a custom report and return it to you. This will allow you to see which of the plans will cover your prescriptions the best.
- Call us and set up a time when a Medicare Insurance Specialist can call you back, or, if you prefer, you can make an appointment to come to one of our offices. Your VibrantUSA Medicare Specialist will review the plans with you and make sure you understand your options.
- Once you have decided on a plan, complete the application, send it to us and we will verify all information is correct and send it on to the insurance company.
Reviewing your plan choice annually is the right thing to do!
Reviewing your plan options on an annual basis is the smart thing to do. Benefits change, premiums may change and prescription drug coverage often changes. Your Medicare Insurance Specialist will be here to assist you year after year with your annual review and any other problems or concerns that may come up.
