VibrantUSA’s own Marsha Neal spoke at a recent seminar ‘What’s Next? Medicare Awareness’ at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center on October 8th, 2014. She presented Medicare 101 the basic, general information on how Medicare and Medicare Health Plans work, including the Part D prescription drug plans. Marsha has been with VibrantUSA going on 10 years and was recently recognized for her outstanding sales and management capabilities with a promotion to the position of Vice President and Manager of the Bellingham Office.

Prior to her sales career, she served in the US Armed Forces for eight years specializing in Communications. She is very involved with her community and remains active in the Veteran’s of Foreign Wars. During her free time she loves to bowl and travel with her husband and be involved with the activities of her church.
